Thank you for breaking down the nefarious technocracy for people like me. I'm a teacher at a private school. About 4 weeks ago, my husband and I were driving past the Minot AFB. I was in the passenger seat. Without warning, I received a loud audio blast. It was as if the person talking had jumped into the car. I reacted, "What was that?!" My husband hadn't heard anything. The voice sounded like a young man, and the best I can recall, it was a snippet of a dialogue he was having with someone else. It wasn't directed to me. Immediately I assumed it was some kind of voice-to-skull technology. I didn't explain it to my husband. He is cautious about my "conspiracy" theories. If this had occurred while we were on the motorcycle, it would have easily caused a serious accident.
